Thank you, every, for the wonderful response and high bids on all of Pepper's Estate items. The Estate Sale made $683.98 all of which will go to benefit MeowChat Village Kittens' Orphanage. Plus each dollar was matched by at least one can of cat food and there is now enough cat food to keep the Orphanage open for years and years to come.
The total amount of the sale was raised consideraly higher than originally thought due to the annymouse bid on the Van Gogh painting. Even though it was a signed original by V. Van Gogh him very ownself, it had been shredded or cut into millions of little pieces but then, later, someone must have discovered their error as the painting was re-assembled and glued back together ~ hence lowering it's actually value considerably. However, even a 'bad' Van Gogh is better than no Van Gogh at all so an annymouse kit came forward and offered a staggering sum of money for it and it sold!!
The only item(s) in Pepper's estate that did not sell at all and is therefore ready to go into MeowChat Village Museum of collectibles.... is Pepper's set of luggage. The 32 pieces are very badly worn out and that is the reason for no bids. No big deal. Everything else sold for beyond expectation.
So, every must make every effort now to come claim their winning object and the bungalow house which once belonged to Pepper will go on sale. It is across the street from an enormous mansion which once belonged to Giz and his late wife, but Pepper's house is not nearly in the same 'ball park' as that mansion. Pepper's house is 100 square feet with 1/2 bath only and one bedroom with huge master bedroom closet. The kitchen is quite tiny but has state-of-the-art appliances. Will sell house AS IS. Bids for empty house begin now.
Thanks again for participating. XXOO
