Mommy had not seed Pou since Satterdy nite. She looked effurywhere -- up, down, unner, and no Pou. She leefed a litter box and a dish ob food out fur her in da DR/LR obernite Satterday.
Sundy morning - no sine ob Pou. Mommy look efurrywhere -- up, down, unner, and no Pou. And not again Sundy nite neiffur. She leefed da litter box out again wiff a dish ob foods. Well, DIS morning still no Pou. Mommy was getting frantic. She planned to come home at da end ob da day and pull out da washer iffn nessessary. Howeber, she camed home and dere was Pou, peeking ober da top ob da cabinets as yoosual. Where had dat dikkens beened ennyways? Maybe behind da washer... Ennyways, she furry hungry, but she fine. Sumfing musta skared her BAD to make her hids dat long, and den she skare Mommy bad.

OMD!! Poor Pou and Poor Mommy! Our mommy would go crazy too if she couldn't find one of us. We glad Pou is okay and decided to come out before your mommy got scared the rest of the way to death!

Well, Pou still no eated last nite or dis morning, and she allowed mommy to get her down from da cabinet (which she wud usually NEBER do). Mommy dumped her at da vet and wented to skool. When she pikked her up at 5:00, Dr. Bob told that he did blood work -- still white cells in normal range eggsept dey had goes up a BUNCH since Janyooary. Dere was also red blood cells in her yoorin. He took sum pikchurs ob her innards, but mostly she was just empty. Hers kitneys and liber is wiffin normal also. Mostly she losted a whole pound since her offur poyntmint in end ob Janyooary. She only way 5 lbs 12 oz now!!!
Mommy gotted a cuppla cans ob A/D to try to tempt her. She licked and sniff it so dere sum innerest, but so far she no haff eated it. She cuddled wiff Mommy and purred lots.
She was a goot girl at da vet, eben when he stucked a needle into her bladder TWICE!
So ennyways, dat what happening. We haff no cloo why Pou is sick and not eating. Mommy gonna watch her like a hawk and keep Dr. Bob abrest ob fings.

This is Tammy -- You may want to ask your vet for some Cyproheptadine. It is an appetite stimulant that can help her want to eat. You may also want to syringe feed her (doc can give you a syringe) to get her going again on the food. Make a slurry with the AD and water. Some things to try...
