I'm still not sure just what we can do about the singing, though. It's mainly because MeowChat Village is in America and humans are guaranteed the legal right to free speech. I am pretty sure that includes singing, or a lot of the rap singers and heavy metal bands that sing about beating and killing humans would have been arrested years ago for the awful noises they make.
If it were my Mommy, I would focus on making it furry unpleasant for her to sing. First I would gather a good group of volunteer assistants (and I would be happy to volunteer to help you) who care about making this "caterwauling" stop. I would get good earplugs for myself and my assistants. Then, everytime Mommy starts to sing, we would all start screaming until it hurt her ears as much as her "singing" does ours. If we scream when she sings and stop when she stops, I think she can be trained to do her singing away from the house.
