Oh my goodness, BamBam. I'm so sorry I'm late!

Well, as I meowed to mew in chat the other day I wish to bring a lawsoot against my hooman. My charges are as follows:

I've not been given enough purresents (I was given a crinkly mouse, a lazerpointer, and some furry mousies 3 weeks ago)

I have been driven to sleep in my hooman's wheeliechair instead of my bed because she tosses and turns so much.

I have been petted, but no where near the amount to which I feel I deserve.

And I can't even meow to the last time I was given toona or any kind of treat.

I know you took notes when we meowed the last time but what would mew suggest our next course of ackshun should be?

I agree that this is totally inadequate. Your mommy may think that giving three presents over the course of three weeks is okay, but all presents given at the same time count as one present. You should certainly be getting at least one per week.

I think we need to remind her whose bed it really is. After all, what's yours is yours, and what's hers is also yours because you own her. She will either have to stay still or vacate the bed.

Hmmm...you are entitled to petting on demand, without a doubt. That's one of the reasons you keep her. There is absolutely no reason in the world why she can't hold you and pet you regardless of what she's doing.

With regard to the treats...is there any medical reason that she could have stopped giving them? Has your vegetarian implied that you should not have whatever you want? That's something we will have to look into.

I think our first step should be an official demand letter on law office stationery letting her know that these conditions are unacceptable and advising her of our expectations. We will let her know in no uncertain terms that suit will be filed unless she immediately corrects all of the deficiencies in her care and treatment of you, her owner.

As far as I know there's no medical reason for lack of treets. I just chalk that up to my mom's being a hooman.

The last cupple of nights, my mom hardly mooved around in her bed an kept furry still. She still is giving me lots of cuddles & pets. AND after she came home this morning from shoppin', I got toona!

I'm keeping an eye on her the next couple of days, BamBam but I'm pretty sure this did the trick. Thanks so much for all your help.

Wow! I must have a leak around here somewhere. Grizz is going to serve the demand letter on her Monday morning. How did she find out already? I think we should still send the letter anyway. I may add a line for her to sign acknowledging responsibility and agreeing to demands in the letterust to be on the safe side.

Well an not to meddle in other kits affairs, and mew know that I luff Mommy Kaffy, but it seems also dat yore mom was furry interested in the lizard's condition and not noticing that mew had been running around and were maybe out of breff. Isn't there also some sort of emoshunal distress (my new fafurite word. MOL!) claim you could make here, BamBam?
