BamBam rushes in. I'm so sorry, Sparkle. Mommy fell back to sleep for a nap with Katie and no amount of pawing and calling could wake her up. I guess I will have to start setting her cell alarm with my appointment schedule to make sure she doesn't make me late.
Okay, so as I understand it, your mom sings horribly off key, which is bad enough, but she also does it at such loud volume that it hurts your sensitive ears. Is that correct?
There is unfortunately no law protecting us from this. However, your mom sounds like she's a kind of happy-go-lucky mild-mannered human who might not know that. So we will try a demand letter to see if we can spook her into at least doing her singing when she's not within earshot of you. I am going to try a somewhat old law generally used by renters about the right to quiet enjoyment of their home. I can't guarantee that it will work, and it doesn't really have any teeth to it if she doesn't cave, but it's worth a shot.
So, give me all of the exact details and we'll get to work.

I thot she’d nebber leave da computer! Mommy has been writing a reseerch paper for kollege an I coulna get back on da computer wifout hers seeing me until now.
OK. She not only sings terribly off-key to me, she also dances.
When I am crouched low wiggling my tushie to pounce on somefing, she will sing, “Wiggle it, just a little bit…” and start dancing and totally distwakt me and I will miss da toy I am chasing. She is diminishink my abilities to hunt and play like a kitty shud. Mommy is short and cute, but she also has some extra on her to luf, so when she dances, it is hard not to notice!
We hab to find a way to control da singing and dancink. My skills as a kitty depend on it. Who will kontrol da random flies in heer ifn I kant properly chase dem?

Heer is a foto of me helping Mommy wif her paper. She pulls a chair up to da komputer desk sos I kan help. I am hers reseerch assistant. As you kan see, I am deep in thot and kan barely consentrate to do my job wif all da pain and sufferink I am going fru.
