Kelby is still not doin well. He just layin there most of the time, and he not wanna eat at all now. He did a lil bit yesterday, but not at all today. Mom syringe-fed him this afternoon and he threwed it all up. Mom talked to the vetdokter today, and she is concerned that he not wanna eat at all (and so is we ... Kelby is the type who will eat anyfing that doesn't eat him furst). Iffen he not betterer tomorrow or so, he gotta have a ultrasound of his belly to see better what is goin on. On the x-rated pichurs the other day, his intestines and spleen looked 'different' than normal, so we hopes more is not goin on than we fink.

Ashley goes outside after tryin' to coax Kelby to eat and looks up at the sky. She sits down and folds her paws and begins to whisper "Dear Big Cat in the Sky.....please make my sweet Kelby better! Make him feel good enough to eat so he can get strong again. His boys need him....I need him and his humom needs him to be well again. Please help him." She slowly gets up, wipes a tear from her eye and goes back inside to be with the love of her life.

is Kelby taking the Pepsid AC stuff too? Iffin we remember correctly there was some type of shot of that type of medicine they gave woooo tooo to settle his tummtumm a bit, but we might be wrong. Da vegetarium would know. We sending lots of glows your way.

Mom hadda take Kelby to the vet horsepiddle today. He still not eatin, and barfin up the syringe feedin. His yoorine is also dark yello, and he is hidin, and still in pain. The vetdokter talked about a lotta fings, but fur now Kelby is gonna stay at the horsepiddle obernite gettin ivy flooids with pain medisin and anti-nausea meds, and auntybiotix injekshun. They gonna try to get him to eat later on. I guess we just see what tomorrow brings. The vetdokter sed about a feedin toob that bypasses the pancreas (jejunal feeding tube), but that can't be done there, it'd hafta be done at the U of M, and there no way Mom can get there fur weeks, at least. :/ Dad is not sure that is a good opshun. I guess we just hafta hope that Kelby can keep some food down. Mom don't have a purroblem with syringe feeding, but keepin it down is the key, or else his libber is gonna go bad too.

Any of you moms that has dealt with pancakeitis ... please do offer input? we would appurreshiate it ... fanks.

Wooo had the same treatments as you said wiff antibiotics, anti-nausea, and I think a food eating stimulant too as well as fluids. We aint got nuffing to offer other than glows. It is really hard seeing a kit with pancakeitis cuz it is extremely painful for them.
