Kelby has joined his daddySam and mamaMaddie and many siblings at the Rainbow Bridge this morning. Kelby is survived by wifekit Ashley Catnip, many siblings, many friends, and his heartbroken SnowtaMom and SnowtaDad and human siblings.

from SnowtaMom: This was so unexpected and sudden, I don't have a poem or anything. We are very very sad and upset at this sudden loss of a special cat. The only thing we are not sad about is that Kelby is now out of severe pain and a hopeless situation, and this was the only way. I am going to miss him so much ... tomorrow would have been his 11th birthday .... He'll have a good birthday at the Bridge, at least.

::::Ashley grabs Loki and Grizz into her paws and hugs them very tightly and softly they all cry together. Everyone's fur is soaking wet because they just can not stop the tears. Then Ashley slowly looks upward to the sky and whispers softly, hoping her hubbykit can hear her meows. "My darling Kelby...how can I go on without you? But go on I must, for our boys. But I will miss you with every fiber of my being and will never ever stop loving you. The hole in my heart is as big as the ocean now. Watch over us from The Bridge and know that I will never forget what a wonderful hubbykit and daddykit you were. I love you Kelby and will keep you forever in my heart".::::

We know that Ash and Nikki have met him at the bridge and will take good care of him.

My heart hurts for you right now. I am so sorry to hear of this sudden loss. It is good that he is no longer in pain, but it is just too soon at age 11. May the love you will receive on here and the love from your other kitties help the hole in your hearts heal.
