Dear Bradley's Mommy:
I am writing to inform you that Bradley is filing a complaint against you for temporary abandonment and deep emotional trauma that he experienced when you cruelly and brutally stuffed him into a carrier, then abandoned him at the vet's office while you blithely went off to enjoy yourself without him.
While you were out, Bradley was left without your companionship, or even the companionship of his sibkits. Further, he was left in a small cage in close proximity to strange animals who where sick with any number of diseases unknown to Bradley.
During that time, Bradley suffered deep emotional trauma from missing you, wondering why you left him there alone, and I am quite sure an inability to even sleep because of the barking and crying of the other animals similarly abandoned by their own cruel and inhumane humans.
Due to this horrific treatment of your loving cat, we are demanding punitive damages in the form of one pound of catnip and one can of cat treats for each hour you left him abandoned. We also demand several hours of cuddles and snuggles.
Further, should you ever decide to perpetrate this criminal behavior on him again, the damages demanded will be doubled each time.
Please sign below to acknowledge that you understand the horrible treatment you have heaped upon this innocent cat, who continues to love you despite this abuse, and that you recognize the need to mitigate this abuse by paying the damages as stated above.
Sincerely,
BamBam, Esquire

{secret note from MommySharon: Please note that as a fellow human, I understand the need to have some fun and agree with you that you did the best thing for Bradley by making sure he had his meds instead of leaving him home to suffer in pain. BamBam, however, thinks like a cat with an entitlement disorder. She thinks that cats rule or something silly like that.}
