Well, Mommy spended 5 hours in hers offiss at da skool house today. She say it stink dere and at da end ob da affernoon hers eyebolls was watering and hers nose was sniffly. Da carpets are wet. Dey were finking dey mite also haffta rip down the bottom parts ob walls...dey will drill holes first to see iffn dere wet behind. Dey haff dese big plastic toobs hanging from da seeling up and down alla da halls and dey haff a zillion fans in da halls and alla da offiss doors wide open. Dey had sooper giant cleer plastic "bags" fur frow-away and Mommy just wented affer loose papers. Lots gotted frowed away. She wented frew alla hers corses papers and boxed fings up to bring home. Wet fings hadda stay dere cuz ob maybe infecshun stuff. She lefted no papers, but alla hers tons ob books, alla da furnichur, ob corse - dat dey will box up and label and put in da pods. Mommy's nexx door naybor who teech jazz hadda lot more papers on da floor. He was frowing most away but sum iffn it was reeeeel impurdant it cud be took fur "freez-drying" which I gess costs a lot. He and Mommy talked about how dey wud neber haff dun such a cleen-up without da flud.
Da elebater was outta order cuz it was fludded,too. 2 big men carried Mommy's 2 boxes out to da car fur her and da sekretary followed her home and helped her get da stuff inside. It unner da table and we sniffing it all. It noo, ya know!
Da noozpaper haff a article about stoopit PETA trying to get da Dooloo city attorney to soo da Zoo. (giggle - soo da zoo) Ennyways, Mommy wroted to Nathan Winograd to ask him to write da city attorney and eggsplane to him eggzakly who/what PETA reely is. Mommy gonna write to da paper.
