As pwomised, heer are a few pikshures I took at Kaiona Beech. It is ober da mountains from Honolulu in Waimanalo, Hawai'i. I had a dood time in da ocean dere!

Frum da same spot, looking toward da town of Kailua and Kane'ohe. Da mountains are one da Mokapu peninsula where da Marine Corp Base is located.
I took dese pikshures wiff my widdul notebook pooter, so dey not got a wot ob detail, etc. Da ocean in dis area and all the way to Kane'ohe Bay is sooo incredibully beyootiful wiff shades ob bloo and coral islets just below da surface ob da water. I could sit and watch dese seens fur days and not tire ob it!

Oh, boy! My Katie is gonna love these! She's only 8 years old now, but when she's all grown up she wants to move to Hawaii and live on Kauai so she can surf with Bethany Hamilton.

Sowwy Smiggy, dere are no chippies heer, but we do haff mousies and rats. Dems da only rodents dat efur made it heer and dey stowed away wiff da first polynesians way bak a thousand yeers ago or more.

It is reely nice ober dere, Anty Dottie. Most ob da beeches in dat area are not veby wide like Waikiki and dey are not crowded since it mostly local famblies and hardly any tourists hoo come dere.
I fink I will try to get more pikshures ob da area soon, but if yu haff Google Earth, yu can also view it. Just put "Waimanalo" or "Makapuu" in da search box and go to any 'street view' where da road runs close to da ocean. Yu can pan 360 begrees to see da meowntains too - dey are worf seeing.

Oh Cuddles, I luff, luff Kaua'i! I spent Fanksgiffing AND Kitmas with friends dere in 2010. My faborite memory ob den was da day we went out to da beech at da souf end ob da Na Pali coast and played in da ocean and watched da sunset ober Ni'ihau island! Just beeyootiful!
