Thanks for all the Glow youz all sended. I guess it worked, but just not the way we had hoped it would. Thing went from bad to worse with Lexi. A super wonderful othopedist doctor took time on his day off to meet mom and Lexi and zamin her and it was not good. The front leg joint was completely eaten by infection and he zamined the rear leg cuz of the swelling (which had gotten so much worse over night)and he said that joint was now involved and the infection was almost at the hip joint already. I can't remember the name he said to mom, but it some kinda invasive joint infection. Couple that with the fact that her bloodwork from yesserday came back really terrible and with evidence that she may have a mycoplasma thingy....well, the best option was to end her pain and not put her through any more treatment that wasn't working anyway.
So with the heaviest of hearts and a river of tears, Mom held Lexi and said goodbye to the Catnip Kit that almost was. :'(
