First of all, we want to thank you all for the GLOW and PRAYERS you've been sending. We still need them, big time.
There is good news and bad news with Grandma's test results. The good news is that there is no aneurism in her aorta. That's a really big thing to be able to rule out, and we are thankful for this good report.
The bad news is that they found a nodule on her lung. They are not coming right out and saying cancer, but the implication is definitely there. If you remember, back in December we found out that she had a malignant tumor on her left kidney. They did a cryoablation on that and it is gone. Her kidney is cancer free. Further testing back in December also showed some spots in her lung that were too small to be identified, and the decision was to wait six months and check again. She went for that test right before she came here, and never called for the results. Now the doctors here have found a nodule and told her that it needs to be dealt with immediately. They are faxing their report to her lung specialist in Aridzona, and have told her that she needs to contact him IMMEDIATELY after she gets home.
So please keep the GLOW and PRAYERS coming!
Thanks,
BamBam
