Dear MommyFaye,
I am writing to inform you that Cathy is filing a complaint against you for the unfair and arbitrary withholding of her treats for enduring water torture. On at least one occasion, and possibly more, you have withheld her treat even though she behaved well and allowed you to torture her. The whole point of behaving for this torture is to get a treat, and you should be warned that if you do not hold up your end of that arrangement, Cathy will have no incentive to cooperate with you and will be fully entitled to make you bleed.
We hereby demand that all unfairly withheld treats be given immediately, and that you honor her cooperation by making sure that all future treats are given in a timely manner.
