Remi put up a valiant fight against his illness, but decided he'd rather be on vacation at the Rainbow Bridge. Don't Rest in Peace, Remi ... jump and run and play like a kitten!

"In the field, the butterflies gather. They flit happily about, here and there, knowing that a new friend will join them soon. Suddenly, the butterflies stop and listen. They silently land on meadow flowers, closing their wings and bowing their heads for just a moment. They know that their joy is preceded by another’s sorrow. They wait in silence, and soon the colorful group sees a lone butterfly fluttering towards them. The butterflies arise in an exuberant flurry to greet the newcomer. The new butterfly is surrounded by the others, and they dance together in a rainbow cloud. They gradually float higher and higher into the periwinkle blue sky, the butterflies leading their new friend on to a new and wonderful life in a rainbow world."

Kelby runs up to Remi "hello old friend, I have so much to show you!" Kelby shows Remi all da beautiful things accross the Bridge. Remi says "I gotta do something before we go exploring", he runs to the edge of the Bridge and calls to the Snowtas, saying "thank you for giving me a good life. I wuv you". He turns around and runs to Kelby to the never-ending catnip patch.

Mommy is sending hartfelt sympafees to Auntie Pamela. She unnerstand how much it hurts when a furkid is taken away, eben tho Aunty Pamela is also happy dat Remi is no suffering now. We are all so furry sorry to hear dis nooz.

Such a beautiful poem for a beautiful kit. Our hearts are sad but know Remi's not hurting anymore and can visit and play with his old MCV furriends. Hugs to Remi's family left behind.

Paloma sheds sum teers as she tries to type dis post. She will surely miss Remi at Ye Olde Candy Shoppe. GLOW to da Snowtas an all da offurs who will miss Remi a lot. I know all da Brdige kits will be glad to see him. He will always be in our harts so he not gone.. he just in a noo place.
