you teach them tricks to do infront of your camera. Wow, you have got a lot of time on your hands. hahahaha
But seriously, that may be the single most amazing herp pic i have ever seen. Why exactly were they bipeds at that moment? I can see one doing it, but both, there must have been some serious stimuli to induce that type of behavior. I would assume(and could be very wrong) that they only stand on two legs when looking far distances for food and/or danger.
Very awesome pic. You always produce nice ones.

Just for giggles, here is a gravid V.p.rudibus. This observation was a very funny one, as We found a large male, that was intently watching a certain area. I told my friends that it was watching a female. (they more or less said, I was full of camel stuff) I then when out and found both sets of tracks, but I could not find the female, then we got back in the car and she was right in front of the car. Funny part was, she was right where he was looking. I guess i am only so tuned in.
This pic was taken thru the windscreen. F

The picture is awesome. Only having my ackie a few weeks I have not ever seen monitors in that stance. Do you know what they were looking at? Thanks for sharing.
