We have not been at MeowChat lately cuz Mommy has had some health issues, and now she is gettin betterer, but now she is feelin very poorly in terms of bein furry hurt and disappointed that many of de Meowchat Moms/Dads are on de Facebook, but none of em ever seem to have nuffin to say in reaction to anyting Mommy ebber posts on de Facebook.... she feels like she gets no support fwom dem.... an some have even failed to respond to her invites to join LinkedIn. So essentially she feels like she is not liked/accepted furry much, so she feels like it is sort of pointless to twy to participate in Meowchat if she is not embraced and is so non-liked.... so, it was fun, but she feels sowwy fur botherin anybuddy an bein unwelcome.... and thus will stay away fwum now on. Best to all... wif a hevvy hart....

We furr 2, will cerrtainly miss you. As soon as I saw da heading So Long, I thawt MURRAY! afraid it was some health problem of yours. We are sorry your mom is not feeling so well.

But we are not even on Facebook or LinkedIn, so we have not shunned or avoided your mom & kit family. Lots of da members are younger dan us and we just come furr da community and da stories.
LOVE da stories. Some ov us do not post much and so we might not feel as close, but we still feel welcomed when we come here. We have cut back on our time here, because of da Lady's own life, some health problems, activities...

Anovver issue, from what we hear is Facebook members in general getting overwhelmed and having to restrict deir time/interaction to people dey know more closely.

So we are sorry dat your mom is leaving us because of feeling shunned and set apart. Maybe when she is feeling betterer she will let us hear frum you again. We will hope furr dat, and wish you onwee da best.

We iz on facebook but we waz off line fur 6 weeks affer our puter was stolen. We iz only on line a couple hours a day due to Mommy's working and sleeping hours, she works nights. We don't belong to dat linked stuff, never heard of it and don't know what exactly it is or doez. It be impossible fur us or Mommy to comment on effury single ting on facebook that was posted between times we be there but we try to at least "like" important stuff. But since she owly on in the mornings usually we miss a lot ob stuff. We iz sowwy dat youse don't feel supported here but we habe always founded dat effuryone is very supportive and loving.

That's the same with my Mommy too. She doesn't do the Linkedin thing. She doesn't do apps or games on facebook either, and doesn't allow anything to access her personal information. She's a bit paranoid about being hacked or a victim of identity theft, so she guards her info pretty closely.

We luff her and youz kits just like we luff every buddy else in our MCV fambly. Mom sez she don't got time to get linked in to whatever it is they wanna link her to. She misses tons of stuff on FB too cuz the new timeline stuff messes it all up. So if we missed stuff from her, we sorry but it nuffin purrsonal at all. Fur the other matter, well, iffen you only goin by facebroke responses and whateber that other link fing is (of which we have no clue inna world) that no one care about you, then you you meowing up the wrong cat-tree so to speak. Fur one, we ourselfs cannot respond to effurry single fing on facebroke ... we has little time fur it, and usually respond to fings of need such as a sick kitty, etc. We don't get responses on all our facebroke posts neither (did you know that bofe Remi and Kelby went to the Bridge this year? ... we posted on facebroke ...) We also refuse to respond to political, relijious, and other touchy isshues on soshul media.

Stick with the Village here, and the chats, Murray and Yuki, and you will find that you is all as loved as you eber was ....
