I had my second vet visit today. Guess what! I already gained one pound! Ten days ago when I had my first visit, I weighed 3 pounds, now I'm up to 4. The vet was happy to see that. Both my wounds are healed. I had a lump on my stomach when I was adopted, but that's gone. The vet thinks that it may have been caused by an infection, which is now gone.
I also had a rabies shot, and I didn't even fuss. In fact, I purred for awhile. It wasn't that bad, I think it was because I like the attention.
Mommy brought me a new toy mousie but somehow it already disappeared. MOL. Anyway, that's the latest news. I'm doing really well and enjoying my new life.

I find in mine own home, dey likes to hide unner da fridge. Once a week, Mommy groans and gets down onna grownd an fishes mices out from unner da fridge. Den she groans to get bak up only to find out some of dem go rite back unner dere when she walks away.

You go, Kahlua! My mom doesn't clip my claws without a good fight either. In fact, it's a two person job, and I still make them work for it, MOL.

Daddy holds me and tries to keep me as still as possible while Mommy clips, but I make them work hard to get it done, and sometimes I manage to escape.

I don't think my mommy would ever do that, Sparkle. She just wants to clip my claws because they get stuck in her when I'm kneading and curling up on her to make myself comfortable. I also make her bleed sometimes when I paw at her leg to tell her to pick me up and hold me.
