Bok choy, is it any good for beardies?

I accidentally got some instead of mustard greens, but I do have collard greens too. Had a site that told what to feed them but can't find it. Thanks.

Bok choy is good.
The site you were probably thinking of was www.beautifuldragons.com

I seem to recall Bok Choy is alright for an occaisonal green as it is rather high in oxides....however Pak choy is fine...
