I ordered Brown Crickets (Acheta domestica) from american cricket ranch in Lakeside, CA. They sent Banded Crickets (Gryllodes sigillatus) to my my billing address, not my shipping address. I tried to email them and they were returned undeliverable. I called and was told to call back the next day (the man I talked to said he did not handle that add). No one answered, so I left a message. No return call. They have not responded to the BBB.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORIBLE COMPANY!
