Hello everyone. I just installed a Pro Products RHP in my Colombian boa's melamine enclosure. This is my first experience with an rhp and just want to be sure it's ok. It's my understanding that they're not supposed to be too hot to the touch, but it's pretty hot. I would say I could leave my hand on it for a few seconds. I have my thermostat set at 88 degrees on the warm end with the temp. probe 2 feet below. Also, the red light on the rhp blinks. Is this normal? Thanks for any help!
