Since nobody is talking much I will chatter about something COMPLETELY off topic. Yesterday I went to a women's faculty luncheon at LSU and the speaker was Mary Manhein. She is an internationally known forensic anthropologist. She is a little bitty (five foot tall) woman that talks a mile a minute. She explained a little about what she does and some details of her field. Then she told some stories about recovering anonymous bones and discovering who they really were. Really interesting stuff! Makes me want to be a forensic anthropologist instead of a veterinarian! LOL
She also wrote a book called The Bone Lady, about her work and different cases. I got my copy autographed. If you like forensic anthropology I highly recommend it, very entertaining and informative.
If y'all don't want me to continue writng about random things and eve to post tons of pics, I suggest you start posting!!!
LOL
Laura
