Hey everyone!
I wanted to let you all know that I talked to Lindsay Pike this morning and he has EGGS! Right now he has Egyptian, Ornate, Sudan and Mali eggs; hopefully the McFads will produce as well. Know that Lindsay is experiencing some 'computer difficulties' right now but is working hard at getting things up and running again. If you're interested in acquiring a new, quality Uro from him and want to contact him at Urotopia.com (the link is at the top of the Forum) be patient...he WILL get back to you as soon as possible!
It's been said before and I'll say it again: Captive bred is the way to go! Besides curbing the depletion of the wild Uromastyx population, the background/parentage is known with these captive bred animals. Equally important, you're getting a Uro from a knowledgable breeder who takes an interest in this species (unlike Pet Shops who, more often than not, see them as dollar signs). So, again, if you're looking to start out or add to your collection, contact Lindsay and he WILL respond as soon as possible. Take care!
