poop question

ok, i've had my leo for 10 months now and he is 1yr and 1 month old. This is the 1st time i've notice him poop out solid mealies. What causes this?

Doesn't sound like mealies to me - sounds like parasites(Some other type of worm). I'd take a sample to the vet.
