I've had her for about 3 weeks now and she isn't eating very much. Her original owner said she ate like a cow but she is not eating hardly anything in the past couple of days. Please Help! Thanks

Typically, relocated igs have a strong relocation stress reaction. That kills their appetite for a while. As a result, they can become dehydrated, and then go into a downward spiral of more dehydration and a further suppressed appetite. This stress also can give certain gut bacteria a chance to bloom out of control, or even die off, both of which cause reduced appetite. It sounds like she hasn't been eating normally for a couple of weeks.
All that to suggest that you bring to a herp vet to get her past this hard spot. When she gets better, you'll see a lot more of her personality come out.

Thanks that makes me feel a whole lot better.
