Ok...

My dragons are a sexed pair, proven breeders. (well, they were supposedly when i bought them, but i didnt get any eggs this year. ANYWAY.)

My male has lately been arm waving at my female, and my female has been head bobbing at my male!!!! And, yes, im sure she's a female, she laid a batch of slugs the week before i received her, she has no hemipenal bulges, her head is more narrow, her spikes are smaller, all in all she jsut LOOKS feminine. That and i have caught my dragons locked up on two occasions.

So..>whats the deal? Is gwen dominant to lance and thats why they havent bred?

Is he just a wimp?

Any opinions guys?

Keep them house together all the time? It could be your female is just to dominate for that male. I would try to separate them for a week or two, then put the female into the male’s tank and see how it goes. He then should show who's the boss of that tank...

I do keep them together all the time, they always have lived together, even before i got them.

Right now i dont have space for another cage, so i guess when i do have space i'll separate them.

I dont much care if they breed, theyre my little buds more than anything, i kinda rescued them.
