uv lighting

taralynn_hughes Oct 16, 2003 05:18 PM

We have this fixture for the uv bulb just has to ends to it, so it will fit any length bulb. Although, one of the clips that holds the whole fixture up is broke.
Can we lay the uv bulb directly on the screen? It doesn't seem to be to hot or anything.

i don't think you would have any problems with that, the fixtures that i use only keep the bulbs about 1/2" above the screen......

Ya, I agree, if anything it will be better because it will make the light closer to the chams, so it will have a higher output of uv in the area with the cham. Good Luck!
