Nonfeeding Question

boscoman76 Oct 17, 2003 07:38 AM

I have a three year old male lavender cal king. He stopped eating a month ago. He has turned his nose up to even live food. Could it be his internal clock due to the early cold weather? It usually doesn't get cold enough here until november. This puts them in hybernation about the 1st of December. What can I do to keep him going till then, or should I just give in?

I try not to fight nature. When I have a snake tell me it wants to brumate by going off food in the fall, I oblige it and let it rest for a few months.
