Here is his cage. The pic is horrible, I`ll try a better one soon. But he has a log to hide in, a rock to bask on with a warm cave underneath, water bowl, food dish, comfortable dirt, a rock that stays cool so he can cool off. The cool side stay between 74-85 degrees, and his basking side between 90-105. Well, enjoy.-Nc

Hi
He's adorable, but a couple suggestions?
You have a really deep tank there, you could easily give the lizard a lot of room to dig tunnels. You just need to raise the level of the substrate to at least six inches. This will help the lizard twofold. He will be able to dig burrows, and it will raise the temp of the basking spot. At 105 degrees, its too low. The simplest way to make it hotter, is allow the lizard to get closer to it. You can angle a branch or piece of cork to the light. Then Moko can move closer or further away, depending on what amount of heat he wants.

Beware of your screen lid. Heat and humidity escapes through it. Tape it up and re-measure.
Good luck with him. D.

Yeah, I know his tank is deep. In fact the suggestions you made are what I`m creently doing. But they only sell small bags for 4.99, so I`m buying as many as I can. I`ve searched everywhere for bigger bags,. But in a few weeks he`ll have a deep level of substrate. And I`m trying to get a branch for his royal self. Hehehe, thanks alot for the suggestions though! I needed the heating advice.
