Regurg. please advise (long)

I have a leo that has recently been through 2 rounds of Flagyl for a bacterial infection, which was causing diarhea. The diarhea is better now, for a little over a week, but she's barfing up her crix. Right after the diarhea got better, she was barfing them all up, so I cut her feeding way down & gave her yogurt for 2 days. She's been OK in the following 2 days, but yesterday barfed up 1 1/2 crix again. Should I put her back on the yogurt? If so, for how long? Should I continue feeding her? She looks longingly into the "feeding corner" when I don't, so I feel so bad! Also, my wonderful vet is out of town until next Thursday.

I have a tube of Probiocin from a previous gecko illness. Will this help balance her out?
