Jurassic Sand

Has anybody had experience with Jurassic Sand? I'm not sure what substrate to use with a juvie Uro.

i havent but as long as it is fine and no rough edges it will be fine. I would just go with regular playsand however since it is cheap. But if you can afford it i would go with vita sand. that i have foudn is the best stuff really fine, not alot of dust no sharp edges. Do not use calci sand tho!!! that stuff has ROUGH edges!!!

just called "vita-sand" you can buy it at most petstores i believe, the pet stores near me have i; or offline, cheaper if you are buying alot. Reptile direct has the cheapest i think. Good luck!

seriously the best way u can go is with zoomed reptisand its real desert sand, real real fine ,alot finer then playsand with no pebbles and dust free, playsand u will have to sift out the pebbles and stuff and its very very dusty, u can find it at reptiledirect.com or lllreptile.com also at reptile expos u can find it pretty cheap like 7 dollars a 10 lbs bag,its pretty expensive but i would go with whatever is better for my pets

jurassic sand is very good too just as good as repti sand or better but i thinks its even more expensive, but if u have the money for it hey get it
