Gutloading Crickets

What's the best source of feed to gutload crickets. I use baby food. Any suggestions?

I use the same greens I feed my dragons and moistened pellets.

the folks at miner-all make a vitamin enriched gut load. not the cheapest thing but works great and it actually gives the crix a smell that seems to drive the beardies crazy. they love it
