Way off topic, but fun

Anybody else seen the movie "Kill Bill"? I just got to thinking about the snake names and wondering if director Quentin Tarantino might be a closet herper. The reason I bring this up is because the snake names he used seemed to fit the characters, at least from a herpetological perpective. For example, Uma Thurman's bad ass character was nicknamed black mamba, which we know is the world's deadliest snake. A character which gets killed early in the movie is call "copperhead", which we know as a dangerous yet only mildly venomous snake.
It's a great flick, and I wonder what other herpers thought of the snake references.

The black mamba is a nasty piece of work but is not the world's deadliest snake. It has a better ring to it than 'Inland Taipan' though.

Peter: It's OK, I'll handle it. I read a book about something like this.
Brian: Are you sure it was a book? Are you sure it wasn't NOTHING?

Not deadliest, but I would rate it up there for being one of the most "dangerous." Highly aggressive and with a really bad bite, they get pretty long and often are found in areas where people are as well. Andy
