Mealworms

What do you guys think about mealworms. Are they better than crickets for my 4 month old beardies?

Mealworms aren't as nutritious and have an outer shell that is very hard for dragons to digest, moreso younger dragons. They should never be used as a staple prey. Older dragons can have them as treats, just a few at a time.
Small dragons have died due to impaction from mealworms.
