I have 2 imitators, one is 7 months the other is 9 months, I have not heard any calling, shoud I be worried I ahve 2 females? Should I start trying to find a male?

I think mine might be about that age, and 1 is calling. They do not call that loud and sound like a soft cricket. So far I think I might have a pair as one is much larger than the other and the other one is the one calling. I have noticed that they seem to be together a lot and that the fat one sometimes comes to the other one when he calls. So we will see. I hope i have a pair. I hope to have some eggs come spring from a lot of my frogs, or at least I hope so.

With what you are saying about how she goes to him whan he calls I bet you have eggs before Christmas.That is how my pair get together,he calls and she comes a running,uh,hopping.Actually I have a 1.2 in ther tank now and when he calls both of them go to him,kinda funny to watch.Good luck with them.
