what about Childrens pythons

i saw 2 young childrens pythons in a good snake place today, i dident know you could even get them here! i realy want to get them but i dont now anything about them. i only know they get about 2 feet long? what temps and things would be needed? i have other snakes so i know the basics but any help would be much apricated!

there tempture should be around 80 to 85 degrees at one end and 70 to 75 degrees at the other end i just what to let you know they lose there spots when they grow if you want something that keeps the spots go for the spotted python they grow to 4ft

That is very accurate and I would have to whole-heartedly agree with your statement about losing its spots. Childrens and spotteds have about the same temperment, and come from similar areas and have similar habits, so the only real difference is size and color and pattern. The only problem with what you had said was about spotted size; they rarely reach 4 feet and only females could. Males stay slightly smaller, but in general spotteds only reach about 3 feet.
