Here is a pic of my Crested's setup. It is a 29 gallon tall aquarium. I painted the back of the glass black (on the outside). There is a layer of river rock on the bottom of the tank with plastic screen on top (per article in Vivarium Magazine). Then I put 1 block of Bed-a-Beast. The only changes since this picture is a leaf shaped feed dish that suctions to the glass so I can feed them up higher. It really works! They didn't really want to go down to the bottom of the tank to eat fruit.
Any helpful critiques are welcome.

How many live in there? Is that the 19x??x21" screen cage I see at reptile depot and other such places?

Not sure if you're talking to me or not, but what I got was a glass enclosure. I bought it from a manufacturer in Vancouver, WA, not too far from where you're at. The dimensions are 24x18x30. I bought it at the local show for $90.
