Just curious as what everyone else's Gravid boas did. Thanks, Dave
I usually only feed my larger boas (6 foot or larger) once every 2 months, so when I first noticed a Gravid female I didn't feed her or handle her. I actually handled her a couple times before she had babies to look at her girth and she was quite friendly just a bit nervous like. Then right after she had babies I fed her that day and she was very quick to eat so thats how I did it.

But I only offer small meals for the first 2 1/2 months or so and then they're on their own.. I prefer to keep good weight on the females so that putting the weight back on them isn't so tough..

I think its more a personallity thing then a species/gravid thing. I have had some up and refuse from the day they take and others if your not carefull and overlook them being gravid will eat like nothings wrong. Jason
