Great news about 3-toe I took in 3 weeks ago...

Linda G Oct 19, 2003 05:34 PM

I was hoping to find it a home with someone who has had
great success with these guys as it was wild caught. Up
until this time she is doing great, eating everyday and
no signs of not adjusting to being captive.

I have found her a new home with a member of the Chicago
Herp Society. We are driving her to her new home tomorrow.
I am so excited for her! Now she will get to live as she
should and even get to hibernate! Even though I am so happy
for her I can't help but think about the other 2 that were
took and living in a 10 gallon aquarium with this person I
got mine from. People are so selfish!

Anyway, thought I would share this news with everyone. For
once there is a happy ending and I am so happy I was part of
it.

For every selfish person there is an angel like you Thanks for finding the turtle a good home with a knowledgeable keeper who likes to provide a naturalist home for his box turtles.
