Are you disinfecting his tank? Cage furnishings should be at a minimum for ease of cleaning. He should also be on paper towels as sand will hold the coccidia and reinfect.

i read that you should disinfect the tank twice a day, substrate and all should be removed and replaced, and all wood objects and poropus objects should be either thrown away or SUPER disinfected and not returned to the enclosure for atleast a month. Preferably longer. i guees it takes a long time to get rid of coccidia, and the task of doing so is rigorous and redundant. But crucial none the less. The book recommends using cardboard boxes, tissue boxes, etc for enclosure furniture. That way you can discard them daily. Hope this helps somewhat.

As the others said, it takes more than just the meds, the meds do not kill the coccidia, they inhibit reproduction, so if the bearide is reingesting any oocysts, it is starting the cycle all over again....... and toughter to treat as these ones formed with the meds and become resistant to it.

you have to really clean and make sure you do not re-introduce more back into the dragon, below is a link that we adapted from Dr Roger Klingenberg "treating high resistant coccidia" for bearded dragons. Please read it and think about following it. Its a lot of work, but worth it in the end and does work, if they have a minor amount of coccidia, this cleaning routine alone will lower or rid them of it, it allows their own immune system to deal with the problem.
Treating high resistant coccidia or with cleaning alone
