I tried to get him to eat ZooMed by rolling them in his bowl but when he would grab one, he didn't like it's texture.
I finally got Rep-Cal pellets and after soaking, they were nice and soft. I would roll them in my hand and he would take one or two. I accidentally dropped one in a nook in his branch so to get it out, I used a straightened paperclip. Well, as I was pulling the pellet out on the wire, he grabbed it and ate it up. Then he ate 12 more that were "moving" on the end of the wire paperclip. He would have eaten more but I didn't want to overdo it since it's a new food.
All I have to say is... YEA!!! Soon I won't have to bother with crickets unless I want to treat him.
