Hi,
I know it's commonly a very bad idea to mix reptile species, but what about with 2 uro species thats natural ranges overlap each other? I got a huge cage (8' L x 3' W) and want to set up a little colony of uros. I already have a mali and wanted to get one more mali and then get 2 of another kind. From what I've read, both Saharan and Moroccan uros natural range includes the country of Mali.
I could split up the cage into halves if necessary, but would rather see the interactions between the entire group if it is not a danger to any present animal. If it is closely supervised, would this be ok?
Also if kept together succesfully would the different species breed with one another? (This would be a big reason for me to keep them separate, no need to make "uro mutts"
