I have a question to put out there for everyone. I'm not expecting an answer I guess--but it can't hurt to try. I have one carpet chameleon egg. That's right...just one. It was in an incredibly small clutch of 3 from FEBRUARY and its the only one that didn't go bad. It's about 2 times the size of when it was laid. It is still yellow to candle. It has been kept moist and about a constant 68-74 degrees. Is there anyone out there that has had CONSISTENT results hatching them out. This is the lateralis lateralis subspecies by the way. Even if your results aren't consistent I'll take em'. I'm not too worried about whether or not it will hatch. I'm just breeding panthers right now. I hatched out a couple hundred veileds last year for fun too. But I decided to retire them and work on the panthers--my favorites. I would be happy if it did hatch out though. If I found a way to have good results with that--I'd pick up the lats as a breeding project again. Thanks.
