Although, in the wild they may go a few days without catching a bug.....there is always plant life available to them.....so they don't go without food at all.....and besides that I doubt that anyone has studied that to find out.

I know what you're thinking. "Oh no, I ran out of crickets and can't get more for a few days." They can go several days, up to a week, without food, but of course that shouldn't be tested.

i generally feed my adult beardie every other day and once in a while as long as four days in between, usually waiting for crickets, my reasoning is that they will not always have a large supply of bugs or even plantlife in the wild and yeah i don't know that for sure but they do fine, plus it keeps em from gettin fat and lazy
