I have a red eared slider that was picked on by another, and as a result has a raw, flaky looking wound on his neck. I've isolated him, and have been basically watching him around the clock (changing his water twice a day) is there anything that I can do for him?

Apply triple antibiotic ointment (Neosporin or generics) regularly to the wound. This product helps healing and stays on well even underwater.
