I suggest you contact (websearch) Prestige Pets in the metropolitan London area. The chain is owned and operated by a very good vet, D. Feldmar. I think there are 2 or 2 shops now. If they can't help you...

I went there while I was living in London, and the staff are really great. It's a family-run place. They have loads of hatchlings & some adult tortoises too. They will let you hold them too!

No box turtles when I went, but it wouldn't hurt to inquire & maybe they can help out.
