Coastal Plains Milksnake breeding size?

AnthonyChodan Oct 20, 2003 06:13 PM

Just wondering what the minimum size for breeding female temporalis is. I have this 2 year old ~26" temporalis that I would like to breed in the spring.

What do you guys think? She's next to a quarter.

I'd say you're good to go. I've bred several females that size and got nothing but good eggs year after year! Nice looking animal. Looks to be a northern type. Any idea what her background is?

Thanks for the info. The snake is from Ocean Co NJ. You were dead on.

How many eggs would I expect from a female that size?
