Hello, my 3 month old dragon just ate a lady bug that accidentally got into the cage I was wondering if this would harm him at all? Thank you

The ladybugs' bodies contain a bad tasting substance, that is also slightly poisonous, i dont know how this can effect beardies, but i would keep a close eye on your dragon, if you notice any odd behaviour i would get him to a vet as soon as you can, being that he is just a young dragon also, i would be very cautious, i wishi had more information for you.

the lil orange beetles that look like and act like lady bugs except they bite... anyways i was kind of nervous about it ..but he had no ill effects... i don't know if they contain small amounts of posion like lady bugs do.. like reiko said just monitor him and if you see any weird signs take him to the vet asap...
