I have both leopards and crested geckos and they're both great. I've only been bit once by accident (a friend grabbed Toadie's tail) and it didn't hurt. My crested Raymond likes to sit on my shoulder while I'm on the internet. How could you not love this.

I agree. I was bit right after I got my first crested but it was my fault; I dropped him(he jumped, but it was my fault) and when I picked him up, he bit my thumb. It didn't hurt; their jaws aren't as strong as leos.
Some people will argue that they're better than leos. Here are some reasons. They require no special heating or lighting; room temp (70s) is fine. They can be raised on a non-insect diet their entire lives (some argue that insects are necessary, though; noone knows for sure). Their colors aren't set like leopard geckos. Many colored/patterned babies can come from different parents, and they sort of change color throughout their lives and even on the same day. I think selective breeding does work, but it's not as definitive as with leopards, I believe(I haven't gotten the new Rhac book, yet, though).
I love them both.
