More stripe input

DanTheFireman Oct 20, 2003 11:40 PM

Am new to the forum but have kept and bred leopards since'89. I purchased my first stripe in '94 or '95 - it was the first one I'd seen. It had a lined and blotched pattern on the head, full stripe body and tail(and it wasn't cheap!). Even the first clutches X a normal mom produced stripes. Anyhow... even after 400 baby seasons, each egg that hatches is like opening a Christmas present. It's a lotta work but can"t wait for next season ( just got first early clutch 2 days ago). Here's one of next year's mommas - daddy's a screamin' neon orange stripe and sisters are all redstripes. Each one's different and no matter what color or pattern they are, they're all litle beauties!

Hey welcome Dan. If you nick name is implying anything then we have more than just leopard geckos in common. I am a FF as well out of El Paso Texas. Once again welcome and lets see some more of your stock! Drop me a line on my email. Talk to you later.

The vertical stripe along the back is awesome!! This is one of the few leopard geckos I've seen with a bright vertical stripe along its back.

Won't have any babies till next from1.5 group. These were bred by Matt and Susan at HQ Reptiles in Canada - they are up to F5. They produced all the redstripe carrot tails you've seen posted lately from Tremper stock and he's up to about F25!!! Can't wait to see what pops up next year ... am working on tang Rainwater albino redstripes and som other line breeding for mo'color. I still want to see a big fat two-headed gecko. Take Care Out There.
