Question about keeping balls pythons together

ok a friend of mine had 2 baby ball pythons and gave me one cuz he couldnt support 2. anyways i was wondering if it would be possible to keep 2 balls in the same container. id also like to add that one is a sub adult.....like about 3 feet and the one i just got is about a foot long...maybe lil bigger. would they fight or anything like that. thx for you anser (ohh and i have them in seperate containers right now.....just for no one assumes ive placed them together.....not untill im sure)

No. One snake per enclosure. If you'd like reasons, scroll down, there are 100's of posts asking the same question as you.

It is possible, but most people don't recommend it. Ball pythons are shy snakes that prefer to be left alone. Two snakes in the same enclosure will be competing for the good hide, the good temperature zone, etc. You also will not be able to tell whose poop is whose, and if one of them has a bad poo, you will have to get both checked out. Additionally, being housed together can stress them out so they don't want to feed. Feeding time can also be an issue because you can't feed them both in the same container, they will go after the same prey item many times. If you feed them outside the enclosure, when you put them back, they still smell like a mouse/rat, because they constricted it. Then you run the risk of them attacking and trying to eat each other!
Yes, it is possible, but most who have been doing this for any amount of time would advise you not to.
